These terms cover your use of Keyslate as a real estate agent. The product is live and changes often; the plans and their prices are in the pricing section of keyslate.io.

The service

Keyslate reads the listings you give it, from your Telegram channel, forwarded to the bot, typed in or imported, and shows them on a map that renters open from your link.

We provide Keyslate as it is, with no promise of uptime. When something breaks we fix it, and when a change affects your map we tell you.

Your listings

You own your listings, with their photos and text. You let Keyslate store and show them on your map, translated for renters, while your account is open.

You are responsible for what you publish: that each place is real and yours to advertise, and that its price and photos are accurate.

What we can remove

Keyslate may hide a listing or pause an account that breaks the law or these terms, such as a listing for a place that isn't for rent or one written to mislead renters. We tell you when we do, unless the law forbids it.

Pausing and closing

Pause or close your account from Settings in the dashboard at any time. Closing takes your listings off the map at once; the privacy page says what happens to your data after that.

Fees

Free covers five maps a month. Solo is US$49 a month and Agency US$199 a month for up to five agents, each also sold by the year with two months free. Before a price changes for you, we tell you the new price and the date it starts, and you decide whether to stay.
